Russia Calls On All Ukrainian Forces To “Immediately Lay Down Arms”
Ukraine war: Russia on Tuesday called on Ukrainian forces to “immediately lay down arms” and issued a new ultimatum for the defenders of the besieged port city of Mariupol to give up their resistance.
